About Dr. Tretter

Founder of Restore Health Collective

Dr. Spencer Tretter is a chiropractor and systems-based health practitioner focused on restoring structural balance, improving movement efficiency, and building long-term physiological resilience.

As a former Division I athlete, he understands firsthand the demands placed on the body. The importance of disciplined training, strategic recovery, and sustainable performance. Years of high-level competition and rehabilitation shaped his belief that lasting progress requires more than short-term symptom relief.

In addition to his athletic background, personal experience navigating autoimmune and gut-related challenges further shaped his clinical perspective. That experience reinforced a fundamental principle: the body does not function in isolated systems. Structural mechanics, immune activity, digestion, inflammation, and recovery are interconnected.

His work integrates chiropractic care with comprehensive health strategy, addressing both mechanical dysfunction and underlying physiological stressors. The objective is not temporary relief it is stability, adaptability, and durable health.

Care at Restore Health Collective is structured, individualized, and centered on identifying patterns that influence pain, performance, and long-term outcomes.

Philosophy

Health is not random. Dysfunction and inflammation follow patterns.

When joint mechanics are corrected and physiological stressors are addressed simultaneously, outcomes become more stable and sustainable.

The objective is not temporary relief.

It is structural integrity and systemic resilience.
